间溴硝基苯还原为间溴苯胺薄层分析时总只有一个班点（气象分析两者都有）。展开剂：苯：丙酮=3：1，二氯甲烷：乙醚=95：5

展开剂没有配好，不能拉开。建议丙酮的量增加，可能会拉开。

谢谢关心！具体值没量估计在0.9左右吧。硅胶用的是GF254

极性太大了,都被展开剂洗脱了. 可以减小极性. 可以试试,丙酮的量减小,用苯：丙酮=5：1 , 或者苯:二氯甲烷=3:1的试试.或者再微调下,不难分开的. 增大极性肯定是错误的.
