3,4-二氟苯腈是一个重要的中间体。由3,4-二氯苯腈氟化合成3,4-二氟苯腈是一条有工业化前景的合成路线。该氟化过程中,3,4-二氟苯腈的收率与溶剂、氟化剂、催化剂及反应器有关。目前,文献报道的收率为50%左右,工业化小试的收率为30%。想和各位氟化高手交流一下,氟化工艺应该注意些什么?(重点:催化剂的选用、液固反应器的设计、连续生产工艺的设计)

The reaction was performed at 180 degrees C for 8 hours, having taught 3 and 4-dichloro benzonitrile 200g (1.163 mols), 101g (1.741 mols) of spray drying potassium fluorides, and sulfolane 500g that fully dehydrated to the 1l. glass reactor equipped with the reflux capacitor and the agitator, and agitating violently.
After reaction termination, as a result of adding the internal standard matter and performing gas chromatography analysis, 88% of 3-chloro-4-fluorobenzo nitril and 4% of 3 and 4-difluorobenzo nitryl was generating. After filtering reaction mixture and removing an inorganic substance, distillation purification was performed and 135g 3-chloro-4-fluorobenzo nitril was obtained.
It was made to react to a 200ml autoclave at 245-250 degrees C for 10 hours, teaching 3-chloro-4-fluorobenzo nitril 100g [ which was compounded in the synthetic example 1 ] (0.6431 mols), 55.6g [ of spray drying potassium fluorides ] (0.9655 mols), and tetra-phenyl phosphonium bromide 10g, and agitating violently. reaction pressure -- 5kg/cm2 up to -- it reached. After reaction termination, the autoclave was made reduced pressure and the product was distilled off.
As a result of performing gas chromatography analysis of a distillate, 3 and 4-difluorobenzo nitryl 48.9g (54.8% of yield) and 3-chloro-4-fluorobenzo nitril 24.6g (24.6% of recovery) existed. Mono-fluorobenzo nitril was 0.1 or less % of the weight.

我以前做过一些小试,是按照小日本专利做的,好像是固相反应,效果不好。间位上的氯不易被氟化!

我做过3,4-二氯苯腈全部反应,但3,4-二氟苯腈仅14%.

在缺少催化剂情况下,用干燥的KF.在DMI中回流状态下(225℃ )反应 后得到收率11%的3,4一DFBN,反应追加6h,收率没变化。当使用Ph4PBr做催化剂时,对混合物进行分析,3,4一DFBN的收率为65% .还有收率23% 的3一氯一4一氟苯睛(CFBN)。在反应开始时的短时间内用气液相色谱就检测到了3.4一CFBN和4,3一CFBN这两种异构体.但反应母I以后发现只有3.4一CFBN,而4.3一CFBN都直接转化成了3.4一DFBN.

难度较大,转化率低,中间产物3-氯-4-氟苯腈分离困难,收率很低,用间二氟苯为原料较可行。
