近来我朋友要用uranyl nitrate做实验,要研究六价铀还原为三价铀的反应动力学机制,具体情况如下:

采用的uranyl nitrate标准溶液浓度为(997mg/L),然后用这个在一般的通风橱来配储备溶液(配储备溶液含量可能高达376.0umol/L),实验采用铁作还原剂,在加上一些pH缓冲溶液等。整个实验是在一个塑料的无氧室里面进行,这个anoxic gas chamber设计有塑料手套来操作实验。人不直接接触溶液,但作实验时只穿白大褂,好像没有特别的防护服,也没看见带口罩。整个实验(包括预实验和正式实验)估计要2-3个月,实验时也不是一直待在实验室,而是按照一定的时间间隔(估计每隔几个小时或一天)去实验室取样,反应结束后,会将铀的还原产物过滤出来去做透射电子显微镜来研究产物的形态和成分。

但不清楚uranyl nitrate的放射性有多大?在这样的条件下做实验对人的伤害有多大?会得些什么病并影响人的生育能力吗?如果非做不可,要采取怎样的防护措施?要穿什么样的防护服?

非常感谢1楼的答复!那要是像上面所说的条件做这种实验岂不是很危险。另外Uranyl Nitrate Hexa Hydrate和uranyl nitrate是同一种试剂吗?uranyl nitrate的性质和毒性又怎样?要是有uranyl nitrate的类似信息,也麻烦告诉一下。此外uranyl nitrate的放射性到什么程度?其中铀的同位素组成咋样?放射性的同位素比如U235含量有多少?现在急等着做最终的决定,盼各位大侠伸出援手。谢谢!
