有人用过特戊跣氯吗?和酸反应生成酸酐,准备用三乙胺做缚酸剂,可以吗?反应中应注意什么呢?谢谢.

Abstract

A versatile approach is described for the enantioselective synthesis of isotopically labeled L-leucine involving the prepn. of 2-oxo-4-methylpentanoic acid (I) labeled selectively with carbon-13 or deuterium in either the pro-R or pro-S Me group followed by a reductive amination of the ketone II catalyzed by leucine dehydrogenase. This strategy is applied to the total synthesis of (2S,4R)-[5,5,5-D3]-leucine using CD3I as the source of deuterium.

先倒酸,再到ET3N,然后滴加TEA
