大家好，我想问一下在检测细菌的时候为什么纯水中有几十个细菌，而自来水中却没有，这是怎么回事？纯水已经放了几天，但是我有点想不通自来水中为什么会一点细菌都没有呢，是不是我做细菌实验的时候出现什么问题了？请大家帮忙解释，很急，

这种平板实验，很容易出问题，环节很多需要注意，出现这种想不到的结果也属于正常。
首先，样品有没有细菌，做出来的板长或者不长，其实不能直接说明问题。有可能培养基温度没有掌握好，样品瓶消毒不彻底，涂板时玻棒温度过高，有可能是平行样做的不够结果没有可参照性，还可能，操作过程平板被紫外灯或者别的杀菌设备破坏，还可能，培养环境受干扰等等。除非你能注意排除各种人为或外界因素影响。
1、纯水放几天了，肯定是有细菌的。板上长出来是应该的，但数据有没有可参照性，建议多做几个平行样对比。
2、自来水平板不长，肯定是有原因，可能是多方面的，结合我上面所说去一一对照。还有记得取样之前摇匀样品，生物实验各个细节很关键。一定要严格操作。
3、一次实验发现问题，当然应该再次多次重复实验检验结果和排除问题。
生物实验培养周期，所以最好是连续做，如一天一批。可以连续检验试验结果。
4、如果你的自来水是刚接出来，用户末端氯气味很重，说明消毒很彻底，水中细菌被杀死，培养不出来，结果也是可能正常。
5、实验结果一定要分析和开放的看，找有经验的人一起探讨，并查找文献，看是否有证可循。
总之，治学研究一定要严谨，思维尽量活跃。
