Abstract

The complexes of 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole with Zn, Ni, Mn, or Sn, useful as fungicides, are prepd. by treatment of 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole with metal sulfates in 5-40% aq. NaOH soln. Zinc complex of 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole showed fungicidal activity at 400 ppm.
