有机合成研究员(7-8名)和高级研究员(2-3名)招聘

一、公司简介
‘镇江新元素医药科技有限公司’是一家新建的中美合资企业。采用国内外前沿、先进的科学技术，主要从事治疗代谢疾病和抗肿瘤新药的创制、保健品的研发和技术转让。公司由镇江一大型企业，北京及青岛投资公司和美方专家合资创办，总投资额将超过一亿元人民币。公司位于江苏省镇江市环境优美的新科技园，有新建的3300平方米的一流实验室和办公室。

二、招聘岗位及要求
 有机合成高级研究员(2-3名)
1. 博士学历，有机合成、药物合成等相关化学专业；
2. 熟练掌握有机合成路线设计、工艺实施、技术改进、产物分离及纯化、图谱分析及结构鉴定 (NMR, LC/MS, HPLC) ；具有独立完成多步复杂有机合成的经验；有中试合成路线放大的经验；
3. 熟练掌握文献专利检索(SciFinder，MedLine) 及专利分析；熟练用英文写实验报告及工作总结；
4. 具有一定的领导能力，可独立进行研究项目的计划、分配、协调和执行；
5. 毕业后从事有机合成工作1-2年以上，尤其在有机合成外包公司工作过，具有手性合成及小分子药物研发经验尤佳。

 有机合成研究员(7-8名)
1. 硕士学历，有机合成、药物合成等相关化学专业(或大学毕业后从事有机合成工作6年以上) ;
2. 熟练掌握有机合成、产物分离及纯化、图谱分析及结构鉴定(NMR, LC/MS, HPLC) ;
3. 有独立完成多步有机合成的经验；
4. 熟练掌握文献专利检索(SciFinder，MedLine)，并能熟练阅读英文文献；
5. 毕业后从事有机合成工作1-2年以上，尤其在有机合成外包公司工作过，具有手性合成及小分子药物研发经验尤佳。

The qualified candidates will be an accomplished organic synthetic chemist with state of the art knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry and scale-up. Talents should be exemplified by publications and patents demonstrating complex problem solving in organic synthesis. Successful candidates will be motivated, creative, hands-on laboratory scientists with the ability to interact effectively with team members in organic synthesis and drug discovery. Major responsibilities will involve route optimization, scale-up of building blocks and leads, as well as purification and characterization (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR) of the compounds.
Senior Scientist Requirements/ Job Responsibilities:
•PhD in synthetic or medicinal chemistry, with 1-2 years of relevant industrial experience such as working for CRO;
•Design, select, execute, validate and development of suitable synthetic routes for chemistry scaffolds;
•Proven track record of successful project leadership, exemplified by patents, and peer-reviewed publications;
•Scale up of development drug candidate for further in vitro and in vivo testing;
•Support process development of drug candidates when necessary;
•Prepare and transfer synthetic methodologies to CRO; troubleshoot CRO chemistry issues; quality check of CRO work and products;
•Expert level ability in literature searching using common chemical and literature databases such as SciFinder, MedLine, etc.;
•Motivated team player, able to work closely with other scientific disciplines involved in drug discovery to solve complex problems;
•Strong oral and written communication skills; prepare reports and write up experimental to support patent filing;
•Experience with strong track record of achievement in synthesis of complex molecules and chiral synthesis are preferred.
Scientist Requirements/ Job Responsibilities:
•MS in synthetic or medicinal chemistry, with 1-2 years of relevant industrial experience such as working for CRO, or BS in synthetic or medicinal chemistry, with at least 6 years of relevant industrial experience;
•Strong track record of achievement in synthesis of small organic molecules with state of the art knowledge of modern synthetic methodologies and analytical and purification techniques;
•Scale up of key synthetic intermediates;
•Expert level ability in literature searching using common chemical and literature databases such as SciFinder, MedLine, etc.;
•Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment; perform routine maintenance on laboratory instruments such as HPLC and vacuum pumps;
•Take personal responsibility for individual and co-worker safety.
