944胶带底涂剂/助粘剂
技术资料
一：原理
944助粘剂、底涂剂是一种淡黄色透明液体，为了改善胶接性能，涂胶前在被粘
物表面涂布的一种胶粘剂。它通过合成树脂与胶带直接反应（不是通过空气水份
反应），可以产生高粘结力！耐寒、耐潮、并具有抗高温能力（-20至110度），
尤其和丙烯酸泡绵胶带一起使用，可以起到极好粘结效果。
二： 特点:
加快胶带初粘速度,提高胶粘力。
环保，气味低，腐蚀轻
耐寒，耐潮湿，耐温
三：粘结表面:
PP,EPDM,TPU,ABS,PET/PBT,blends,concrete,Wood,Metal,玻璃等。并已经成功
替代3M94、3MPT896、3MAP111、3MAP115、3M4298、3MK-520、3MK-500等底涂剂/
助粘剂，
四：用途
主要应用于各种汽车门隔音密封条、各种窗门、电梯、空调、家具的隔音密封
条，迎宾踏板，晴雨档，车用拉手，车用门碗，汽车装饰条，防撞胶条，后视镜
盖，汽车后视镜雨眉 遮雨挡 车用雨眉 后视镜晴雨,汽车贴膜封边后箱油箱盖，
车灯（如背后EPDM缓冲条粘接，车灯外框EPDM胶条粘接）还有铝箔胶带、铜箔胶
带、PET胶带膜等与电镀金属、环氧板、PP等材质的层压粘接的增粘剂。
各种涂料，油墨，胶粘剂，转印在低表面材料上的的底涂剂与助粘剂
使用方法: 粘接表面须用50%的丙酮溶液清洁,且须待表面彻底干燥后用刷子(须
无纤维脱落),将底胶均匀涂在被粘面,涂层厚度为0.05MM,待底胶干燥后方可粘贴
胶带。如果是泡沫孔状，可能要涂2或3遍。
五： 使用指导
1、粘结表面准备
用无纤维脱落的布蘸以50%异丙醇、丙酮或甲苯，清洁粘结表面。
2、操作
使用前用力摇晃装有cnhybond944底胶的瓶子。
用专用工具或刷子，滚筒（须无纤维脱落），将944底胶均匀涂在粘结表面，一
般涂层厚度为2~4u。
3、干燥时间
干燥时间一般视温度，湿度，涂层厚度而异。
正常干燥时间：1分钟~15分钟
最佳干燥时间：2分钟~8分钟（温度：23℃，湿度65%）
其间须注意涂层表面绝对不受污染
4、双面胶带粘接
将双面胶带贴到已干燥的涂层表面，并施以一定的压力。
六：注意事项：
1、 cnhybond 944底胶是一种化学性质活跃的物质，所以每次使用时，只需
取出当天（8小时）的用量，其余的仍密封保存。
2、 操作环境应有良好的通风，并保清洁。
3、 944底胶在密封保存的情况下保质期为12个月。
