【防静电原理】
所有高分子材料，如果未做防静电处理、导电处理或未作其它特殊处理，一般都
是电荷的不良导体，其表面阻抗都在1012欧姆/cm2以上。在材料中或材料表面添
加抗静电剂，可以有效抑制材料表面静电荷的聚集，降低材料表面电阻，消除静
电可能带来的危害。

【静电危害】
当两个绝缘体表面相互接触、摩擦会产生静电。静电具有极大的危害性，最常见
的是带静电荷材料的表面容易粘附灰尘，从而可能破坏敏感的电子电器设备，导
致一些工业工艺操作过程困难甚至失效；材料表面聚集的静电荷放电在工业上也
可能导致粉尘爆炸或溶剂着火。

【防静电液作用】
防静电液被证实可用于聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、PVC、PMMA等聚合物的表面。它的主
要成分是烷基金属盐，因此它有别于其它普通抗静电剂对大气湿度的依赖性，在
极其干燥的环境下（10%相对湿度）仍然有效。而且它在300℃的高温下仍然稳
定，适合各种环境条件，以满足高科技时代产业界的特殊需要。
