的抗氧化活性和更广泛的应用范围，而且价格低廉。茶多酚广泛地应用于食品与油脂工业的抗氧化，添加后能有效地抑制细菌生长，防止食品的腐败．对食品中的色素和维生素类有保持作用，使其不致于降解破坏；对鱼虾类水产品的保鲜有明显抗氧化，防腐败，防褐变和消除臭味作用；对火腿、香肠类腌制食品的亚硝酸盐有显著的阻断效果．对于油脂和油炸类食品的抗氧化非常有效，能抑制动物与植物性油脂的氧化哈败．茶多酚精品在医学临床大量应用表明：具有降血脂和血糖、降血压和胆固醇，抗突变和抗癌变，清除人体“自由基”．对于高血脂、脑血栓、动脉粥样硬化、治疗心血管疾病、抗人体衰老等具有显著疗效．
Tea-polyphenol (TP) is a mixture of a group of polyphenolic compounds which occur naturally in tea. Normally, dry tea flush contains more than 10% of tea-polyphenol.Tea-polyphenol's AI (Anti-oxidation index) value is as high as 10-20 times that of mixed vitamin E. It can also be used in medicines to fight cancer, aging, human body free radical eliminators, hyperlipemic agents, and microbial infestations.

i need articals about its analogs' synthesis, can somebody help me? It's hard for me to surf on the net here and i cannot input chinese now! can somebody give me a online dictionary?

As for the online dictionary，you can use the google toolbar. But you have to use IE but not firfox.
