how can i input simple chinese on a trans chinese version winXP computer?

what is trans chinese version? maybe you can write it in word or text then attach,or trans.another version include chinese.it is my opinion.

simple chinese means 简体中文 trans chinese means 繁体中文 help me!

in this case,you can download the software such as “三国通”，“南极星” etc.,maybe can solve your problem,it can support for win98,but i don't know if can produce effort in winXP. wish best.
