"Vacancy for Technical Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Contribute to strategy development and monitor implementation and results
Develop and train local technical resources in product and
application knowhow
Provide the technical coordination for detergents, cleaners, textiles and chemical formulator accounts in Asia Pacific
Respond to technical requirements from customers and salespeople including technical training for customers and distributors. Also act as main point of contact for all technical matters such as proposed product development, technical innovation projects, new found applications,problem investigation etc.
Management of all technical resources including responsibility for the regional laboratory
Drive and manage or contribute to projects as may be assigned such as technical promotion, new product launch, review of product strategies
Improve market and business intelligence for groups and segments assigned
Ensure communication of all relevant technical information to and from
countries, region and headquarter

Requirements:
Ph.D. degree, major in Chemistry or surfactant field
More than 5 years working experience in the surfactants and detergents business
Initiative, good presentation skills, good communication skills
good command of English
Good command of PC (MS-office) skills
