[详细说明]	GENERAL As a quality engineer, be responsible to lead a team to accomplish (but not limited to) the following: Work and workload management of PQC, Raw materials and finish products inspection activities; Instruments maintenance and calibration; 5S and visual work place in Lab and others. QUALIFICATIONS 1, Bachelor's degree or above in chemical fiber engineering, textile engineering or textile materials. 2, Working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred but not required. 3, Experience with the practical application of fundamental quality control and improvement tools such as SPC, Cpk, etc. 4, Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills. 5, Strong technical aptitude (i.e. able to read and comprehend technical documentation, ability to comprehend and execute procedures, demonstrated understanding of system documentation) 6, Good communication skill, good command of English in both writing and speaking. RESPONSIBILITIES 1, MBM & EHS, advocate and implement MBM culture, follow all the regulations including EHS procedure. 2, Lead a team to accomplish: RM and finish product inspection, testing instruments maintenance & calibration. 3, Lab management: control and manage the workload, OT and leave of PQC to make sure all tests are well done. 4, Establish, Maintain and continuously improve the effectiveness of ISO9001 & TS16949 quality management system in Lab; and to demonstrate compliance during internal and external audit/inspection opportunities. 5, Find opportunities for the quality improvement and issue report to the non-conformance quality incidents.
