[详细说明]	General Purpose of Position (summary): •Be responsible for the overall performance of the facility including the operational and financial performance of the site; •Provide leadership and oversee for daily operations, ensuring quality of processes and products; •Ensure that all projects are carried out in strict regulatory compliance and adherence to company internal standards; •Develop and implement policies and procedures and processes within operating units to ensure organizational standards are being met and operational processes are efficient and in compliance with established standards and regulations. Prerequisites: •Bachelor or Master degree in chemistry, engineering or related; •Experience working in a multinational chemical manufacturing plant in China as General Manager or Operations Director; •At least 10 years of working experience; •Business ethics; •Responsible and accountable, result-orientated, has strong credibility; •Honest, integrity and respect others; •Strategic thinker with the ability to manage a fast growing business; •English Communications skills/ Presentation skills; •MS Windows including intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
