[详细说明]IV MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Act as Incident Commander for site emergencies in the Finishing Area to comply with legal requirements, site policies, standards and guidelines, and minimize negative impact from any emergency case.
2) Report/investigate safety and environment incident to comply with legal requirements, site policies, standards and guidelines.
3) Support, coach and assess plant Shift Leaders, process technicians/operators to develop them and help them perform their job duties.
4) Organize and direct shift personnel within productivity agreement to meet the business needs with reliable supply. Resolve conflict between teams and/or priorities.
5) Trouble-shoot plant problems to improve safety, reliability, quality and productivity, and/or to prevent further trouble/accident.
6) Issue Permits to ensure safe maintenance and contractor work methods and practices are reviewed and discussed prior to work beginning.
7) Support the ZJG Siloxane JV Site Supervisor for incidents or emergencies in the Siloxane JV.
8) Other projects as deemed necessary by the Finishing Manager.


V QUALIFICATIONS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Fluent English skill is required to communicate effectively with various people like Emergency Response team, technical people and site management personnel. Site Supervisor or Shift Supervisor experience is preferred. Experience in Emergency Response or Safety area is preferable. Experience in shift work is preferred. Candidate should be a graduate of a Chemical Technical School or Chemical Engineering program. Candidate should have previous supervisory experience minimum 3 years.
