[详细说明]	Purpose of the job The Regional Laboratory Manager (RLM) is in charge of 1. Running the Regional Laboratory and providing and organizing the R&D/technical support to the sales team. 2. Supervising the Production Quality Control Laboratory for correct and efficient utilization of the equipments. Organisation RLM reports to the Managing Director Asia Pacific. RLM reports functionally to Group Innovation and Development Manager RLM Manages chemists in charge of the various markets Responsibilities Set up the Regional Laboratory Initially the RLM will set up the Regional Laboratory and train the supporting chemist(s) to be hired, under the supervision and assistance of the R&D team. Provide service to the customers Based on report from the Market Managers and his own visits with them to customers, RLM clarifies the questions to be answered, proposes the means to answer, and implements such means either in his laboratory or with the help of the R&D team. He is in charge of technical presentations and trainings to customers and distributors. Management of the Laboratory RLM organizes the work of the Regional Laboratory employees. He shares tasks amongst his team; he checks application of the Corporate Quality Control Procedures, and respect of safety standards Supervision of the Quality Control Laboratory As the expert for Laboratory Management, RLM provides advices and guidance to the industrial team to run the Quality Control Laboratory. Competences Training: Chemical Engineering and/or Doctorate in chemistry speciality in Paper Fluent English. Another language (Korean or Japanese) would be welcome. “International Intelligence” ability to visit, understand and relate to customer from abroad Clear minded Good communication skills. Experience 4 to 5 years experience in an R&D laboratory with contact with clients Will be trained in the Headquarters and work in a Regional Laboratory for a few months.
