[详细说明]I. JOB SUMMARY

Provide overall leadership for six sigma and LEAN projects in ZJG Finishing. Help JZG Finishing people solve problems by providing expert knowledge and training whenever needed. Coordinate LEAN activities within ZJG Finishing organization.


III. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

This position will report to ZJG Finishing Operations manager directly, and dotted line to Malcolm Sparrow, Master Black Belt.


IV. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES


l) Lead LEAN activities in ZJG Finishing

2) Lead six sigma projects in ZJG Finishing.

3) Support ZJG Finishing people to solve issues and improve safety, quality, reliability, etc. by providing expert knowledge, methodology and trainings whenever needed.

4) Participate global Core Finishing LEAN work group activities as a representative for ZJG Finishing

V. QUALIFICATIONS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

2 or more years experience as a full time black belt. Good knowledge and skills in six sigma and LEAN. Good leadership skills. Good written and oral English skills.

VI. PREFERABLE INDUSTRIES & COMPETITORS
Work experience in chemical plant and/or multi national companies is preferred.
