[详细说明]	I. JOB SUMMARY Participate (and lead) process safety reviews of all process plants at the ZJG plant, as part of an ongoing 5 year rolling program for the site. Reviews will be conducted using a suitable methodology (e.g. HAZOP, PHA, LOPA) Ongoing management and review of the Process Safety management system. Including the writing and updating of procedures; developing of training material Delivery of key aspects of process safety training including Risk assessment, HAZOP and root cause analysis Management of the site incident database including review and close out of incidents; generating and tracking improvement action plans. The process safety engineer will also participate (and eventually) lead incident investigations as appropriate. Actively participate in the Safety Department 5S and active monitoring programs. Member of the site Process Safety team (and awareness of the Global Process Safety Expert Team)- opportunities will be available to participate in Global and Corporate projects/ initiatives. IV. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Activity (What) Purpose (Why) • Participate (and lead) process safety reviews of all process plants at the ZJG plant ——Conduct process safety reviews for all processes on the ZJG site to ensure the processes meet current safety standards. ——Conduct process safety reviews as part of the management of change process. • Ongoing management and review of the Process Safety management system ——Writing and review risk control procedures as part of the site safety management system ——Develop training material as required for risk control procedures • Management of the site incident database ——Review and close out of safety incidents on the ZJG site. ——Generating and manage action plan database for improving site safety ——Participate (and eventually) lead incident investigations as appropriate. • Actively participate in the Safety Department 5S and active monitoring programs. ——Conduct 5S and safety reviews as a member of the site EHS team • Member of the site Process Safety team (and awareness of the Global Process Safety Expert Team) ——Contribute to ongoing process safety discussions at the ZJG site. V. QUALIFICATIONS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  Major in Chemical Engineering  Minimum 3 years work experience on chemical process plant  Experience of safety management systems  Familiarity of GB codes for Process Safety (& OSHA requirements) VI. PREFERABLE INDUSTRIES & COMPETITORS Chemical process industry or Oil and gas industry- any one where process safety is practiced.
