[详细说明]A global chemical company is seeking a competent and experienced chemical professional to take up the role of Quality & Laboratory Manager for their plant in Guangzhou

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the daily operation of QC department
• Manage the QC team to perform raw material and final products testing & inspection in compliance with corporate quality specifications & procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and reliability capability of the QC department
• Resolve non-conformance by using problem solving technique and implement corrective action
• Liaise and work closely with overseas headquarters and internal departments on quality issues
• Station in Guangzhou (5-day)
Requirements:
• Master degree or PhD in Chemistry or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in quality control in chemical/manufacturing fields, preferably with sizable companies
• Strong leadership, organization & communication skills
• Solid experience in using of GC, HPLC, AAS, ICP & IR and good knowledge in international standard and quality systems.
• Fluent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
