[详细说明]Qualification:
1.Responsible for sales operations in assigned territory.
2.Maintain current accounts business and develop new strategic business.
3.Take responsible for the achievement of sales goals; direct sales force to achieve sales target.
4.Develop sales forecast, budget & manpower plans.
5.Ensure the operation is according to company mission & vision by monitoring the application of operating standard procedure.
6.Feedback the new business opportunities to marketing and technology teams through customer communication.
7.Frequently communicating with Marketing and Technology to ensure new product development, new target account development.
Qualification:
1.Bachelors degree
2.Experience in territory sales management.
3.More than 5 years sales experience in chemical industry, polymer industry is pergerred.
4.Strategic Sales Skill/Knowledge-Pricing,Sales Planning.
5.Language-English required.
6.Leadership skill&being a strategic thinker.
