Job Responsibilities:
1.To play a key role in developing skills, building and maintaining capability in the specific area, and contributing to the skill base in general;
2.To prepare and characterise novel nano/micro structured materials;
3.To design and prepare of novel colloidal systems, for example emulsion, foam and dispersion etc;
4.To evaluate novel materials in prototype formulation of Foods and Home and Personal Care products;

Job Requirements:
1.PhD in polymer science, materials science, physical chemistry, collidal and interface science, food microstructure and other related subjects;
2.Be familiar with polymer and materials experimental skills;
3.Be familiar with self assembly technology;
4.Be familiar with low dimensional materials;
5.Have basic knowledge in colloidal and interface science;
6.Have basic knowledge in bio macromolecules, for example protein, polysaccharide
7. At least 3 years related R&D working experience.
8. Experience in multi-national company is preferred, solid people management skill.
9. Good oral and written English, good communication skill
