[详细说明]KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Establish goals in territory to reach sales target, gross profit target, account number and penetration, and product growth. Develops sales strategy and prioritizes accounts with Business Manager based on current and potential sales volume. Plans weekly sales itinerary to realize overall sales strategy.

-Multi level strategic account sales responsibilities within territory and district. Responsible for coordinating division’s sale and delivery of our product in a fashion that meets the customer’s needs.

-Resolve any problems that occur before, during and after the sale (i.e. credit, supply issues). Develops new and creative sales strategies, Negotiates product rebates directly with supplier with minimal direction from Business Manager.

-National account leader at the district level. Responsible for establishing and negotiating sales contract with customer’s corporate office, also negotiates with suppliers regarding pricing and margin, also coordinates efforts with sales representative win affected district locations.

-Identifies new accounts through trade magazines, yellow pages, referrals from other customers, and from attending industry functions. Develop creative strategies for account expansion and penetration.

-Provides technical expertise to customers regarding application of material through individual knowledge, by working with Technical Service Representative, or soliciting information from a supplier’s technical service team. Coordinates trial runs of materials at customer’s facility individually or through Technical Service Representative.

-Recognized within the Company as a leader in Responsible Care. Fulfills responsible care sales activities safely.

-Develops and maintains professional presence in territory. Leader in local trade and industry associations. Participates in special projects with division wide impact. Demonstrate superior leadership and innovation.


Job Requirements:

-Bachelor or above degree majored in Chemistry or plastic related fields.
-More than eight years working experience in plastic selling functions in multinational companies.
-Willing to travel whenever necessary.
