[详细说明]	Summary: The Product Quality Manager reports to the Business Managers and is responsible for a variety of tasks on a project basis in support of the business’s objectives. Their activities will support the overall supply chain and quality of products of specified business initiatives. This position will be expected to manage the everyday objectives of the business and its products. The position will require approximately 30~50% travel within China. Key activities performed by the Product Quality Manager include: • Product Performance – Track Supplier Quality Performance. Work closely with Suppliers to ensure products meet company specifications. Involve resources needed to evaluate and reconcile quality issues. Communicate between Suppliers, Global Purchasing and Businesses. • Supplier Compliance - Track Compliance. Implement a robust supplier compliance process. This process will ensure ALL product specifications and physical testing procedures are compliant. Certificate of Analysis (COA) and/ or Certificate of Compliance (COC) are well documented and communicated within the Supply Chain and to the Business. • Supply Chain Management – Track Delivery and Shipment Schedules. Communicate within Supply Chain and to Business delivery and shipment dates. Also communicate changes in schedules or delivery that affect Purchase Order to Suppliers and Customer Deliveries. Understand causes of product manufacturing interruptions. • Product Management – Understand product manufacturing processes and supply chain flow. Hands on involvement in product flow. Communicate production/ specification process changes. Work with suppliers on reconciling out of flow product. Provide Customer feedback to Suppliers.
