[详细说明]Report to PM regional manufacturing director and dot line with PM global QA manager.
Have function support to each PM plant
Coordinate PM Global ISO certificate activity regionally and make sure it can be implemented in daily operation in each plant
Required attendance for management review meetings at each location
Coordinate ISO audits with Registrar
Review audit plans and audit results for each location
6 Sigma implementation in order to quality improvement.
Data analysis model establishment and execution
Training and develop 6 Sigma skill against relative manager in each plant.
Make correction action plan against key customers complain, which includes root cause investigation, data analysis, and communication.
Lead specific project identified by regional leader for continue improvement.
Coordinate activities to communicate non-conformaces to suppliers, and ensure corrective actions are effective
Coordinate quality communication between operations, commercial, procurement, customers, and suppliers as appropriate.
Provide appropriate training such as Internal Auditor training, root cause analysis training, data analysis, and statictical techniques.
