[详细说明]JOB TITLE EHS Manager (Newly created)

LOCATION Jiujiang

REPORTING TO Operation Head


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate with government authorities and co-ordinate all EHS issues pertaining to the Company to ensure the legal compliance and high standard of occupational health, safety and environment protection

Conduct Environmental, Health and safety audits and risk assessments at Company facilities and for major projects

Develop EHS targets/objectives and incorporate them into company’s business operation

Develop and support a documented EHS management system at Company facilities and for major projects.

Manage the collection, analysis and reporting of EHS metrics and key performance indicators within company facilities, establish and EHS metric scorecard for these facilities.

Promote accident prevention programs, such as accident/incident investigation, EHS training, EHS promotion campaign, contractor management, and work permits etc.

Develop EHS training courses and conduct EHS training for both employees and contractors.

Advise the Local Leadership Team on emerging EHS issues.

Other duties as assigned.
