Basic requirements for candidates
1. Education: Economic (Management / Marketing)
2. 3 years relevant experience in B2B marketing
3.:Professional skills:
-Experience in strategic marketing in a B2B company; SR + NR + Tyres experience is the must
-Ability to process large volumes of information;
-Competence in different tools and techniques for marketing research and analysis
- Presentation skills
4. Personal qualities:
- Attentive to details
- Great interpersonal skills
- Result oriented
5. Additional requirements:
- Fluent English
- Computer skills: advanced MsOffice user (MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint, MSOutlook), Internet
The main areas of work
1. Strategic Pricing
- Maintain an appropriate market prices database (data from public sources: Chemease, Chem99, etc.). (on a weekly basis, according to the prescribed format);
- Calculate the EXWH Shanghai price (monthly) in coordination with Moscow head office;
- Develop the formulas for price calculation in coordination with the Moscow head office,
- Support negotiations with the clients regarding the proposed pricing
- Calculate the pricing for the monthly contracts
2. Asian countries market monitoring (in accordance with CITCO Shanghai trade area)
- Monitor competitors / customers (projects, trade, new products / brands, new sources of raw materials etc.) with the appropriate database maintenance according to the prescribed format;
- Monthly update key products balance;
- Monitor trade flows
- Monitor competitors pricing policies, the price situation in the Asian market
3. Evaluation of the current sales effectiveness
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current sales (monthly, in accordance with the format)
- Provide recommendations for improving the effectiveness of current sales (in terms of regions, customers, sales channels and pricing policies) (monthly, in the approved format);
4. Sales support / product promotion:
- Sales support: information support (search of new segments, customers etc.), conduct meetings with key clients (when needed)
- Supervise the process of homologation;
- Support and supervise exhibition activities (exhibitions, conferences and seminars, including the clients’ ones);
5. Information support / requests processing
Prepare newsletters and reports:
- to improve sales: monitor current sales status and evaluate improvement opportunities (on a monthly basis, according to the prescribed format);
- to evaluate Asian markets situations: current status and short-term forecast (on a monthly basis, according to the prescribed format);
