[详细说明]	RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead Business Line (BL) Base Polymer (BP) Sales Team to reach the sales target • Coach and develop the sales Team • Coordinate the sales issues with distribution sales team in BL Polymer Products China • Coordinate with regional Product Manager for quality issues/ supply and demands • Monitor new petrochemical expansion projects in China • Support NBD ( new business development ) to explore new sales chance • Help account managers to maintain customer relationships and do troubleshooting for key customer’s problems • Ensures the payable money are collected within credit term and follows up outstanding accounts closely • Develop and/or update local sales strategy for BL BP on yearly basis • Regularly communicate and update regional BL BP head about sales development and implement related sales strategy Qualification: • Good understanding and relationship in the plastic industry in China • At least 3 years sales experience in polymer industry • Minimum 3 years of people management experience as National sales manager; Working experience in MNCs will be a plus. • Bachelor degree in polymer, chemistry, or material sciences • Good inter-personal and communication skills; • Self-motivated, organized and task oriented; • Good spoken and written in English.
