[详细说明]	Powder Chemist Responsibilities: Set up customer records and update in time Perform all product documentation work, including material code application, formula setup and maintenance in system, production batch ticket issuing, MSDS application and PDS issuing Track color matching and trial run. Ensure lab KPI is met Test new materials for cost saving and product development Provide timely technical support to production, QC, sales and technical service, etc Participate in raw materials and finished products localization program under the instruction of Technical Manager Communicate with sales team to fully understand customers' requirement Investigate customer complaints and provide technical support to Market Service Department Help to maintain and improve the quality system: ISO9001:2000 Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Chemistry / Chemistry Engineering or equivalent required. Graduate degree will be a plus Minimum 5 years experience of color matching and powder technology. 3 years experience of formulating powder coatings is required Extensive experience of different customers' requests on powder coatings application Basic understanding of powder coatings application equipment Familiar with powder coatings local (Chinese) raw material suppliers, application equipment, manufacturing equipment and lab testing equipment Familiar with standard general industrial powder coatings manufacturing processes as well as standard Quality Control techniques Willing to work over time for urgent color matching requirement Fluent English communication skills and ISO experience will be a plus
