[详细说明]Powder QC Manager

Responsibilities:
 Supervises QC team on a rotating shift to support the production schedule of powder coating plant
 Daily operation of raw material and product test, evaluation and approval, expedite batches through the QC department
 Make termly quality analysis to the group. Focus on push quality improvement
 Conduct full-scale test on new product, annual test on existing products, and comparative test on competitor’s products
 Continuously improve safety and housekeeping of QC personnel and laboratories
 Provide on-the-job training of the QC technicians
 Build a team that will cooperate with all departments
 Responsible for organizing and delivering Quality training at plant on all staff concerned
 Help maintain and improve our quality system: ISO9001:2000

Qualifications:
 BS in Chemistry / Chemistry Engineering or related field required, graduate degree a plus
 Minimum 5 years experience of powder coating technology. 2 years experience of quality control is required
 Be good at problem solving, statistics, various quality control method
 Good experience on different customer’s specification, request on powder coatings application
 Be accomplished in standard Quality Control techniques
 Familiar with multi technology: TGIC polyester, primid polyester, hybrid, epoxy, urethane
 Has knowledge in local (Chinese) suppliers of powder coating raw materials, powder coating application equipment, powder coating manufacturing equipment, powder lab testing equipment
 Computer experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
 Must be willing the suddenly overwork for urgent batch, quality issues
 Fluent in English is a plus
 ISO experience is a plus
